Elsewedy Electric, in partnership with Siemens, is establishing an USD 800 mln power plant in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia, according to an official from Elsewedy Electric speaking to Al Arabiya Business.
Currently, the project is in the construction phase and will utilize a gas and steam turbine system. The official expects the power plant to be fully operational by the end of 2026. Additionally, Elsewedy Electric plans to complete new expansions at its factory in Saudi Arabia by January 2025.
