    Emirates Steel to supply beams for Neom Trojena Ski Village project

    Emirates Steel, part of Emirates Steel Arkan Group, one of the largest publicly traded steel and building materials manufacturers in the region, has announced a partnership with Eversendai, a global leader in steel construction, for the Neom Trojena Ski Village project in Saudi Arabia.

    In a press release, Emirates Steel stated that it will supply steel beams known for their sustainability, record-setting low carbon emissions, and exceptional durability for the construction of the Neom Trojena Ski Village.

    Saeed Alghafri, CEO of Emirates Steel, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing benchmark sustainable steel solutions that meet the stringent demands of innovative construction projects. “This collaboration exemplifies our dedication to driving sustainable growth across the GCC and delivering value to our partners and stakeholders,” Alghafri said.

    The Neom Trojena Ski Village is set to become a premier global destination, offering unparalleled recreational experiences in the region. Emirates Steel’s advanced steel beams will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and sustainability of the resort, meeting global standards for quality and safety.

    Formed after the merger of Emirates Steel and Arkan Building Materials in 2021, Emirates Steel Arkan is majority-owned by Abu Dhabi holding company ADQ. With an annual steel production capacity of 3.5 mln tons, the company offers a diverse range of products, including wire rod, rebar, heavy sections, and sheet piles, catering to both domestic and international markets.
