Turkish steel pipe producer Erciyas Celik Boru has undertaken the production of 563 steel pile pipes for a pier construction project in the Canakkale Strait being carried out by Turkey’s Ministry of National Defence.
Production and shipments are targeted to be completed by the first quarter of 2027. The project is expected to contribute approximately USD 12 mln to the company’s sales revenue.
The steel pile pipes will be used in the construction of a pier intended to meet the logistical and operational requirements of ships.
