Vietnamese steelmaker Formosa Ha Tinh Steel has increased its domestic HRC prices for November-December delivery, with SAE1006 and SS400 grades now offered at around USD 546-558 per ton CIF Vietnam, depending on order volume, compared with USD 540-550 per ton CIF Vietnam previously.
Last week, another Vietnamese HRC producer, Hoa Phat Group, raised its domestic HRC prices for November delivery by around USD 10 per ton month-on-month. Non-skinpass SAE1006/SS400 HRC is currently offered at around USD 555 per ton CIF Vietnam, excluding VAT.
In the import segment, Indonesian and Indian HRC offers are heard at around USD 540-550 per ton CFR Vietnam, up by USD 10-20 per ton over the past month.
