    Hariom Pipe to set up integrated steel plant in Maharashtra

    Hariom Pipe Industries Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra to establish an integrated steel plant in Gadchiroli district with an investment of INR 3,135 crore (USD 355 mln). Under the agreement, the state will extend fiscal incentives and assist in obtaining necessary approvals and clearances.

    The new facility will boost the company’s production capacity, enable stronger backward and forward integration, and reinforce its position in the steel and allied sectors.

    Headquartered in southern India, Hariom Pipe manufactures billets, HR/CR/GI pipes, CRC, galvanized steel, and scaffolding systems, with existing operations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Tamil Nadu.
