Hebei MFG Metallurgical Materials Technology Co. will add a new annealing furnace to its continuous galvanizing line as part of its precision alloy color coating project in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province.
The furnace will be supplied by international technology group Andritz under a contract awarded by CERI Technology Company Limited, which is leading the project and responsible for the mechanical terminal and post-treatment sections.
Designed for an annual capacity of 400,000 tons, the line will produce aluminum-silicon coated galvanized steel sheets, offering superior corrosion resistance and surface quality, ideal for applications such as automotive parts and home appliance exteriors.
The Andritz furnace will provide precise temperature control, coating stability, and high energy efficiency, with a design that ensures long service life and operational flexibility.
