Turkey’s major steel producer, Kardemir has lowered steel sections prices, according to the company’s new price list.
The company’s new price range for IPE-NPU (160-550 mm) is USD 750-900 per ton EXW, which is lower than the previous price range of USD 775-925 per ton EXW that was offered in early June.
Similarly, Kardemir’s new prices for HEA-HEB (120-500) are now in the range of USD 825-955 per ton EXW, as compared to the earlier price of USD 850-985 per ton EXW.
Karabuk Demir Celik (Kardemir) was established in 1938 as a state-owned company and Turkey’s first integrated steel producer. In 1995, the company was privatized. The company specializes in the production of various steel products, including blooms, billets, rebars, profiles, and more. Kardemir’s production facilities are situated in Karabuk, Turkey.
