Turkish steel manufacturer Kardemir has opened a new round of billet sales, as indicated in its latest price list.
The company is offering S235JR grade billets at USD 540 per ton EXW and B420 grade billets at USD 555 per ton EXW, maintaining stable prices from the previous sales round on July 18, 2024.
Founded in 1937, Kardemir is a major steel player in Turkey with a production capacity of 3.5 mln tons per year. The company’s product portfolio includes blooms, billets, rebars, profiles, and various other steel products, with manufacturing facilities strategically located in Karabuk.
