Man Industries (India) has announced plans to establish a new plant in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with an estimated project cost of over USD 71 mln, according to a stock exchange filing.
The new facility will feature line pipe manufacturing and coating capabilities to meet the growing demand in Saudi Arabia. It will have a production capacity of 0.4-0.5 mln tons.
As part of the Man Group, Man Industries (India) Limited specializes in manufacturing and exporting large diameter carbon steel line pipes for high-pressure transmission applications, including gas, crude oil, petrochemical products, and potable water. The company’s existing manufacturing facilities have a combined annual capacity of 1 mln tons for LSAW and HSAW pipes and 0.2 mln tons for ERW pipes.
