Metal Park, Sdeira sign MoU for workforce accommodation project in KEZAD

Abu Dhabi-based Metal Park signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Sdeira Group to jointly develop a workforce accommodation community in KEZAD Al Mamourah A, aimed at serving companies operating within the Metal Park industrial ecosystem.

According to the companies, the project will support workforce requirements for metals manufacturing and industrial operations in KEZAD through integrated accommodation and support services located near production facilities.

The planned accommodation community is designed to support shift-based industrial operations and improve workforce accessibility, retention, and operational efficiency for companies operating within the zone.

Sdeira Group, formerly KEZAD Communities and part of AD Ports Group, is an Abu Dhabi-based investment and asset management company specializing in employee housing and integrated community development projects.

Metal Park operates as an integrated metals ecosystem offering storage, processing, and fabrication facilities under a pay-as-you-go model, with direct connectivity to Khalifa Port and Etihad Rail. Its storage hub, launched in 2025, provides on-demand warehousing solutions aimed at reducing logistics and inventory costs for manufacturers.
