Saudi-based Ladun Investment Company said one of its key subsidiaries, Built Industrial Company has been awarded a USD 167 mln contract by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing for the expansion of the ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh.
The scope of work includes expansion of the current HQ building of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing of eight concrete floors, including two underground parking zones that are connected to the building by a pedestrian bridge at the level of the third floor, stated Ladun in its filing to Saudi bourse Tadawul.
The project implementation includes all structural and architectural works, electrical and mechanical systems for buildings A, B and co-ordination of the general site as per the project documents of plans, specifications and schedules quantities.
The entire work will be completed within a four-year period, it added.
