Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce has finalized the imposition of definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of hot-rolled H-beams from China, according to an official notice published in the Royal Gazette.
The duties, effective from November 11 for a period of five years, were approved following a final ruling by the Subcommittee on Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Duties.
Under the decision, Maanshan Iron & Steel will face a 30.86pct duty, while Hebei Jinxi Section Steel and all other Chinese exporters will be subject to a 54.19pct duty.
The affected products fall under HS codes 7216.33.11.000, 7216.33.19.000, and 7216.33.90.000.
