Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded Al Nasr Contracting Company LLC an USD 46 mln contract to deliver internal roadworks and essential utilities for Bay Villas at Dubai Islands.
The contract covers access roads throughout the 636-unit residential community, along with the installation of key utility services. Bay Villas will include townhouses, semi-detached villas, garden villas, and waterfront and beachfront residences, forming a central part of the Dubai Islands vision under the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Nakheel noted that earlier this year, Fibrex Contracting L.L.C. was awarded an USD 708 mln contract for the broader development of the Dubai Islands community.
