NMDC Energy, a leading EPC services provider for the offshore and onshore energy sectors, has commenced fabrication at its state-of-the-art yard in Ras Al-Khair, Saudi Arabia, the company announced.
The first steel cut marks the official start of operations, positioning the facility as a key contributor to the Kingdom’s industrial development and energy ambitions.
Located in the Ras Al-Khair Special Economic Zone, the 400,000-square-meter yard is equipped with advanced automation and digital systems, supporting both offshore and onshore projects. It offers full-spectrum services including fabrication, rigging, maintenance, and modularization, with an annual capacity of 40,000 tons.
The yard is already active, with nine offshore jackets under production for long-term client Aramco. This milestone strengthens NMDC Energy’s presence in the Kingdom and aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 by expanding local industrial capabilities and supporting national localization goals, the company said.
