NMDC LTS, a logistics and technical services arm of the NMDC Group, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Jiangsu Huaying Valves Co. Ltd to explore a joint venture aimed at establishing a valve assembly and distribution facility in the UAE. The agreement was signed during the Make it in the Emirates forum.
The proposed facility will focus on assembling, fabricating, and distributing industrial valves for the energy sector.
Jiangsu Huaying, headquartered in China, is a leading manufacturer specializing in valve systems for oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and other industrial applications.
