Retal Urban Development Co.’s subsidiary, Building Construction Company Ltd, has signed a USD 123 mln contract with PIF-owned Roshn Group to design and build six residential buildings within the Sedra master development in Riyadh, according to a stock exchange filing.
The 28-month contract also covers infrastructure, landscaping, and related electromechanical works within the project.
