    Saudi Steel Pipe’s GPC wins major pipe supply contract for Aramco CCS project

    Saudi Steel Pipe Company (SSP) announced that its subsidiary, Global Pipe Company (GPC), has secured a contract worth approximately SAR 910 mln (USD 242.5 mln) to supply LSAW pipes for Saudi Aramco’s Accelerated Carbon Capture & Storage hub in Jubail, according to a stock exchange filing.

    The contract spans 15 months, with the financial impact expected to be partially reflected in H2 2025 and H1 2026.

    SSP specializes in manufacturing and supplying Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel pipes for the energy, industrial, and construction sectors across the Middle East and North Africa. Its product portfolio includes Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG), line pipes, API and premium connections, accessories, and related services. The company has an annual production capacity of over 400,000 tons, producing pipes from 1/2 inch to 20 inches in outer diameter. It also offers coating services for pipes up to 30 inches and bending services for up to 60 inches.

    GPC, which manufactures Longitudinally Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipes, produces sizes ranging from 16 to 60 inches in outer diameter.
