Sulzle Stahlpartner GmbH has acquired the reinforcing steel division of WesterwaldStahl GmbH, based in Ransbach-Baumbach, strengthening its presence in the Westerwald, Rhineland, and surrounding metropolitan regions of western Germany.
The acquisition enhances Sulzle Stahlpartner’s customer proximity and reinforces its commitment to providing innovative and sustainable steel solutions across Germany. Customers will continue to receive services from the established local team, ensuring continuity and expertise.
WesterwaldStahl, a subsidiary of the SchwarzwaldEisen Group since 2014, has earned a strong reputation as a specialist in construction and reinforcing steel throughout the region. The Ransbach-Baumbach site will continue to operate as an independent branch under the Sulzle Stahlpartner umbrella, expanding the company’s nationwide network.
