Sulzle Stahlpartner GmbH has expanded its nationwide presence with the acquisition of RH Stahl-Vertriebs GmbH in Pfalzfeld, effective October 1, 2025. The move strengthens Sulzle’s network with a new branch in Rhineland-Palatinate, offering fresh opportunities for local employees, regional customers, and national partners.
The acquisition was formalized in September by Heinrich Sulzle, Managing Partner of the Sulzle Group, alongside Christa Roth-Dillenschneider and Christoph Pauly of RH Stahl-Vertriebs GmbH. Existing services and contact points for reinforcing steel, cutting, bending, and construction products will continue unchanged.
The Pfalzfeld site marks Sulzle Stahlpartner’s second major expansion in 2025, following the acquisition of WesterwaldStahl’s reinforcing steel division in July. With 145 years of family-owned tradition and 18 branches nationwide, Sulzle continues to invest in innovative and sustainable structural steel solutions, supporting major infrastructure projects such as Frankfurt Airport’s Terminal 3 and the A3 Steigerwald motorway expansion.
