Turkey exported 1.3 mln tons of welded steel pipes in the first eight months of 2025, down 1.5pct YoY, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Romania was the top destination with 212,000 tons, followed by the UK with 113,700 tons and Iraq with 103,100 tons in the given period.
In August 2025, welded pipe exports rose to 186,200 tons, up 14pct YoY and 25pct month-on-month.
