UAE-headquartered real estate developer Vantage Properties has signed a co-development memorandum of understanding with Italian developer Vittoria Group Costruzioni, for USD 100 mln flagship projects in Dubai’s Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
Livel Residenza and Aptos Residenza will feature two 20-storey buildings comprising 260 apartments.
As part of the agreement, Vantage Properties and Vittoria Group Costruzioni will develop buildings across a total built-up area of approximately 400,000 square feet.
