Leos Developments, international property developer, has broken ground on its latest development, Cavendish Square, within Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) in Dubai.
Cavendish Square features a total of 138 apartments, said developer in a statement.
With its ground-breaking now complete, construction is set to proceed at a swift pace, said the UK developer, adding that the project is set for completion in Q4 next year.
