Dubai South Properties has appointed Al Turath Al Aseel Contracting for a USD 41 million contract to construct the South Living Tower, a luxury apartment development in the Residential District of Dubai South.
The 209-unit tower, launched in June, is expected to be completed in Q1 2027, the developer said in a statement.
