Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a USD 490 mln contract to local firm ALEC Engineering & Contracting for the construction of the Como Residences tower on Palm Jumeirah.
The 75-storey residential tower, set to rise over 300 meters, will feature 81 luxury units and is scheduled for handover in Q2 2028, according to Nakheel.
