Retal Urban Development Company has announced in a stock exchange filing that it has signed a contract with Building Construction Company to build 263 residential units in Riyadh.
Building Construction Company, established in 1996, is a prominent player in the Saudi contracting sector and is affiliated with Retal.
The development contract, which spans 30 months, is valued at USD 38 mln.
