Real estate developer Dar Global has announced that Stromek Emirates Foundations, a prominent engineering and construction firm, has secured the contract for shoring, excavation, and piling works for its The Astera project, Interiors by Aston Martin.
The company stated that the shoring, excavation, and piling works are set to begin immediately.
With a gross development value of USD 245 mln, The Astera represents Aston Martin’s inaugural foray into interior design for real estate development in the Middle East. Located on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the project will include a blend of apartments and villas.
