Expo City Dubai, a leading real estate developer, has appointed Ginco General Contracting as the main contractor for the construction of Expo Valley, as announced in the company’s press release.
With most villas and townhouses already sold, construction is progressing rapidly, and this appointment marks a significant step toward welcoming the first residents in 2026, according to the company’s statement.
Ginco, based in Dubai since 1975, will oversee the construction of 484 units in Expo Valley, which is one of five districts in Expo City’s new master plan.
