UAE developer Arada has begun work on the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, following the award of a contract to Dubai-based International Foundation Group (IFG).
The contract covers enabling works for the project, including shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation, as stated in a press release.
Onsite work has already started and is expected to be completed by March next year, after which the main construction contract will be awarded, the company added.
