Developer Arada has awarded the main construction contract for Masaar Central, its flagship commercial hub in Sharjah, to Intermass, a local contractor already engaged in several residential phases of the Masaar master plan.
The USD 16 mln contract covers the development of a center that will offer a mix of retail, dining, wellness, and education facilities, according to a statement from Arada.
