AD Ports Group has signed a 10-year lease agreement with TW Steel, a provider of prefabricated modular structures, to deliver containerised fabrication solutions, maintenance, and repair services at Khalifa Port.
The partnership will introduce flexible, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions tailored to the needs of shipping lines and container operators. TW Steel’s advanced modular technology will help reduce environmental impact while enhancing operational efficiency by minimising container downtime.
In addition to container fabrication and modification, such as office units, retail spaces, living quarters, storage, workshops, event and medical facilities, TW Steel will offer a range of services including structural and flooring repairs, painting and coating, door and seal repairs, cleaning, inspection and certification, and refrigeration unit maintenance.
