Dubai-based Amirah Developments has appointed Shine Square Building Contracting LLC as the main contractor for its Bonds Avenue Residences project, set to rise in the new Dubai Islands waterfront community.
Al Gafry Consulting Architects Engineers will serve as the architectural and project consultants, overseeing the development.
Enabling works are set to begin immediately, with full-scale construction starting later this year. The project is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027, the company said in a press release.
