Dubai Holding Real Estate (DHRE) has awarded UAE-based Wade Adams the contract for Phase 1 of the Plantation Development’s roads and infrastructure works.
Located on a 185-hectare site in Dubai, the project is situated between Hamdan Road (D54), Latifah Street (D67), and Emirates Road (E611). Currently a desert landscape, the development will require extensive infrastructure work.
The scope includes road construction, stormwater drainage, street lighting, traffic control, and utility networks for water, sewerage, irrigation, firefighting, and power (HV & LV). It also covers telecommunications, security, gas, and all necessary utility connections to adjacent developments.
