Diriyah Company, an affiliate of PIF, has awarded a contract worth over USD 2 bln for developing a mixed-use district in northern Diriyah.
The contract encompasses the construction of advanced educational institutions, cultural venues, modern offices, and a luxury hotel.
This contract, the largest in the company’s history, has been signed with a joint venture between El Seif Engineering Contracting Company (ESEC) and China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC). The project is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of this year.
