East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry has signed a contract worth over SAR 40 mln (USD 10.65 mln), including VAT, with Abdullah Ibrahim Al Sayegh & Sons Co. (Al Sayegh), according to a statement to Tadawul.
Under the agreement, East Pipes will manufacture and supply steel pipes, along with external coating services.
The six-month contract is expected to have a financial impact during the third and fourth quarters of the 2025/2026 fiscal year. Established in 2010, East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry is a leading manufacturer of Helical Spiral Arc Welded (HSAW) pipes in Saudi Arabia with an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons.
