Turkey’s Erciyas Celik Boru has secured a contract to supply steel pile pipes for the expansion of the Aksaz Naval Base Command, according to a stock exchange filing.
The project includes construction of a 3,000-ton submarine dock designed to accommodate major naval assets, including the TCG Anadolu, the planned national aircraft carrier MUGEM and next-generation submarines.
Under the agreement, Erciyas Celik will produce 12,600 meters of coated steel pile pipes, comprising 210 pipes each 60 meters in length, with a total contract value of around USD 8 mln.
Shipments are scheduled for the third quarter of 2026.
Erciyas Celik Boru specializes in producing steel line pipes, with diameters ranging from 10″ (273.1 mm) to 160″ (4,064 mm), and an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons.
