Pakistan imported 365,171 tons of finished steel products in September 2025, marking a 31pct YoY increase, according to data from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS).
However, finished steel imports dipped slightly by 1.43pct compared to August.
In the first nine months of 2025, the country’s finished steel imports reached 3 mln tons, up 39pct YoY.
