International Steels Limited (ISL) of Pakistan reported a significant decline in profitability for the nine months ending March 31, 2024, according to its unaudited financial results for FY25.
The company posted a post-tax profit of PKR 951.3 mln (USD 3.37 mln), marking a sharp 69pct YoY decrease. Revenue also declined, falling 18.4pct YoY to PKR 45.67 bln (USD 161.8 mln).
Headquartered in Karachi, ISL operates manufacturing facilities with an annual production capacity of 1 mln tons, specializing in the production of cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, and color-coated steel.
