Turkish steelmaker Kardemir has kept its wire rod prices unchanged, according to its latest price list.
The company maintained prices at USD 590 per ton EXW for 5.5 mm SAE 1006 grade and USD 580 per ton EXW for 5.5 mm SAE 1008-1010 grades, matching the levels previously announced on June 12, 2025.
Founded in 1937, Kardemir is a major steel player in Turkey with a production capacity of 3.5 mln tons per year. The company produces blooms, billets, rebars, profiles along with other steel products. The company’s production facilities are located in Karabuk.
