Nippon Steel Trading Corporation (NST) has signed an agency agreement with Viglacera Real Estate Company, a leading industrial park developer in Vietnam, to support the sales of industrial parks.
NST has been serving as the sales agent for the Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park in southern Vietnam since 2017. To meet rising customer demand in the north, the company is now partnering with Viglacera, which operates 13 industrial parks in northern Vietnam and 2 in the central region.
Viglacera has developed around 4,500 hectares of industrial parks across these regions, hosting 28 Japanese companies. NST said the partnership reflects their shared goal of expanding sales to Japanese firms and growing their presence in Vietnam’s industrial park sector.
Going forward, NST and Viglacera also plan to collaborate on infrastructure development projects within the parks.
