Turkey’s rebar exports soared to 415,600 tons in the latest reporting period, marking a significant increase of over 55pct YoY, according to data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Month-on-month, exports also rose by 15pct, reflecting strong overseas demand for Turkish rebar.
Yemen remained the top export destination, receiving approximately 176,400 tons, followed by Romania with 49,200 tons and Jordan with 30,000 tons
