Tubacex, a global leader in advanced industrial solutions for the energy and mobility sectors, has signed a USD 50 mln license agreement with the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc), granting its usage rights for its premium connection technology, Sentinel Prime.
Under the terms of the five-year agreement, Adnoc will incorporate Sentinel Prime technology into its non-CRA carbon steel OCTG applications, enhancing its technological capabilities in oil and gas extraction.
Introduced in November, Sentinel Prime is designed to meet the latest industry demands, offering improved performance in high-pressure, high-temperature environments, as well as in deep and horizontal wells. The technology has also received API CAL IV:2017 certification, further strengthening Tubacex’s position in the premium connections market.
