Majid Al Futtaim has appointed Dutco Construction for the Serenity Mansions project in Dubai, as announced in a recent press release. The project, located at Tilal Al Ghaf, Majid Al Futtaim’s flagship mixed-use community, features 109 standalone mansions.
Designed in collaboration with award-winning architectural firms SAOTA and Nabil Gholam, Serenity Mansions will include in-plot mansion construction, interior fit-outs, landscaping, gatehouses, and infrastructure.
The contract, valued at USD 427 million, covers the construction and completion of the entire project.
