Bansal Wire Industries, a leading Indian manufacturer of stainless steel (SS) and galvanized iron wires, has inaugurated its expanded SS wire facility in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh.
With this expansion, the plant’s annual production capacity has grown from 220,000 to 360,000 tons, making it the largest single-location SS wire manufacturing site in India. The company has invested around USD 64 mln in the project.
The Dadri unit will also soon house a dedicated R&D center to drive innovation in high-performance wire products. It will support advanced processes like induction and oil tempering and facilitate the production of specialized wires such as Low Relaxation Prestressed Concrete (LRPC) and Brass-Coated Reinforced Wires, catering to automotive, construction, infrastructure, and engineering sectors for both domestic and export markets.
Founded in 1985, Bansal Wire operates five manufacturing units and offers a wide range of products including SS wires, mild steel wires, galvanized wires, high-carbon wires, and cable armouring wires.
