Majid Al Futtaim has appointed United Engineering Construction Company – Dubai (UNEC) as the main contractor for Plagette 32 and Amara, two residential projects within the Tilal Al Ghaf community in Dubai.
The USD 200 mln contract covers the construction of 148 luxury villas, including interior fit-out, the shell and core of the Beach Club, landscaping, gatehouses, ancillary buildings, and shallow infrastructure, ensuring full delivery of both developments.
