UAE-based luxury real estate developer Omniyat has awarded the main construction contract for its flagship projects, Vela and Vela Viento, to Arabian Construction Company (ACC Group). Both developments are located in Dubai’s waterfront destination, Marasi Bay.
Construction is already underway, with initial site mobilisation and early-phase milestones completed. According to Omniyat, handover is expected in 2027, with Vela scheduled for completion in the second quarter, followed by Vela Viento in the third quarter.
