DMCC, Dubai’s leading international business district, has announced the appointment of Ali & Sons Contracting Company as the main contractor for the second phase of the Uptown Dubai development.
The contract follows the successful completion of enabling works and marks a significant milestone in the ongoing transformation of the Uptown district. Phase two will introduce two new commercial towers, seamlessly connected to the iconic Uptown Tower via a dedicated link bridge. Together, the towers will offer approximately 62,000 square metres of Grade A commercial and retail space.
