Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a contract worth over USD 188 mln to Bhatia General Contracting Co. for the development of phase four of the Nad Al Sheba Gardens gated community in Dubai.
Scheduled for completion and handover in Q1 2027, this latest phase will include a mix of spacious villas and townhouses. Specifically, phase four features four-, five-, and six-bedroom villas, alongside three-bedroom townhouses.
The contract covers the construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of a total of 188 units, comprising 96 villas, 92 townhouses, and two pool houses.
