EMSTEEL Group, one of the region’s leading publicly traded steel and building materials manufacturers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TAQA Distribution, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), during the World Utilities Congress 2025. The agreement aims to explore the deployment of integrated power and water solutions across Abu Dhabi’s expanding industrial sector.
Under the MoU, TAQA Distribution will assess tailored end-to-end utility services, including efficient integration with existing infrastructure, cost-effective maintenance, and rapid deployment of technical teams, reinforcing uninterrupted support for critical industrial operations.
EMSTEEL Group CEO Eng. Saeed Ghumran Al Remeithi noted that the collaboration aligns with the company’s goal to strengthen industrial resilience and efficiency. He highlighted TAQA Distribution’s reliability and technical expertise as key factors in selecting them as a partner to support EMSTEEL’s operational growth and service enhancement.
The collaboration will focus on joint opportunities in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of electricity and water networks, aligning with the objectives of the Abu Dhabi Industrial Strategy.
