Dar Global has awarded the main works contract for The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin to Gulf Asia Contracting LLC (GAC), a leading general contractor in the GCC.
The contract, valued at USD 54.8 mln, marks a major milestone in the development of the luxury project located in Ras Al Khaimah. This project represents Aston Martin’s first venture into interior design for real estate in the Middle East.
The Astera will feature a collection of high-end apartments and villas. GAC’s scope includes full construction of the development, from the superstructure to interior finishes, following the successful completion of shoring, excavation, and piling works by Stromek Emirates Foundations.
