Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. has signed two contracts with SEPCOIII Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. Branch, totaling SAR 68.66 mln (USD 18.2 mln), the company announced in a stock exchange filing.
The first contract, valued at SAR 35.70 mln (USD 9.5 mln), is for the supply of steel wind towers to the Al Ghat Wind Farm. The second contract, worth SAR 32.96 mln (USD 8.78 mln), covers the supply of wind towers to the Waad Al Shamal Wind Farm.
Both contracts have a six-month duration, with deliveries set to begin in August 2025. The financial impact is expected to be reflected in the company’s Q3 2025 results.
Al Yamamah Steel specializes in the manufacturing and sale of a variety of products including welded tubes, sheets, rebars, and three-dimensional space structures, primarily serving the buildings and infrastructure sector. The company also produces galvanized steel lighting and distribution poles, high mast structures, and galvanized steel lattice towers for the electrical and distribution industry. Its production facilities are strategically located in Jeddah, Dammam, and Yanbu.
